OUR STORY
Built by a fresh graduate
who saw a real problem
I just finished my graduation and started talking to local business owners in my city. Every single one was managing their customers on WhatsApp — no system, no reminders, no follow-ups. I saw them lose orders and clients just because they forgot to send one message. So I decided to build the tool they actually needed.
OUR MISSION
Every small business deserves a CRM they can actually use
India has 39 million micro-enterprises. Most of them run on WhatsApp — taking orders, sharing catalogues, following up with buyers. But every CRM tool is built for large sales teams with complex workflows and ₹5,000/month budgets.
PocketCRM is built specifically for the tailor managing 80 clients, the home baker with 150 customers, the freelancer juggling 50 active leads. Simple enough to set up in 3 minutes. Powerful enough to run your business.
We believe the best CRM is the one you actually use every day — not the one with the most features.

WHAT WE BELIEVE
Our values
Simplicity over features
We say no to 80% of feature requests. Every addition must make the product simpler, not more complex.
Honest by default
We show real user counts, not fake social proof. Coming soon features are labeled clearly. We don't overpromise.
Built for India
Hinglish AI drafts, UPI payments, Indian business types, Indian pricing. Not an American SaaS with rupee pricing.
THE FOUNDER
Hi, I'm Harshil
Harshil Malaviya
Founder, PocketCRM
I'm a recent graduate who spent months talking to small business owners — textile traders, home bakers, freelancers, coaching institutes. None of them had a CRM. All of them were losing business because of missed follow-ups on WhatsApp.
I built PocketCRM to solve exactly that. No corporate background, no VC funding — just a real problem I saw with my own eyes and a product I'm building in public.
If you're a small business owner or just want to say hi, I'd love to connect. This is day one of a long journey.
